The Essence of ARC
Introductory Gateway Class Practice open-hearted listening skills as a means to create intimacy in your life. Learn how we communicate through unconscious body language and how to hold “presence” - a deep sense of self-awareness - in stressful situations. Discover how daily stresses and emotions influence physical conditions. There will be a special two hour segment where students can experience working with horses to increase body and emotional awareness, enhancing personal presence.

Prices vary for each workshop but in general early bird fees are as follows:

Evening Presentations (2-2.5 hrs)	$10 or $15 for/2 if pre-register; $20 at door
Traveler’s Guide to Presence workshops	1 - 2 Days	$145 - $290
Healing Presence workshops	2 Days	$325
Journey to Consciousness workshops	2½ Days	$345

Prices do not include applicable taxes or fees paid within three weeks of the course.
