The Traveler’s Guide to Presence is a series of five complimentary classes that specialize in personal growth and self-care.

The gift of this program is in supporting the realization and embodiment of greater presence. Presence brings the potential for profound impact and change in everyday life. Each class illuminates the elements that detract us from greater presence in our daily interactions. This increases the potential for more consistent, fulfilling and genuine relationships. As well, the classes prepare us for the inevitable changes that will unfold from deeper states of presence, so that we can transition easily into living full, satisfying lives.

Topics include how presence affects and improves your intimate relationships, creativity, personal health and career choices. Participants receive personal coaching to transition from a life organized around scarcity-living to one of abundance where needs, dreams and ambitions are realized.

Participants also learn a dependable model that helps to unravel the complexities of our emotional system. This understanding slows down our daily pace so that we witness our decision-making process in action. This allows us the luxury of making choices supportive to who we are now, rather than the needs of who we once were.

Class One (One Day)
Personal Presence: Committing to the Path

Presence begins with being present to ourselves. Thus, commitment to ourselves is the first step on the traveler’s path of presence. Learn how to attend to those times when you lose presence. Create a lifestyle where people experience feeling safe with you and are willing to be open with you. Discover how divided attention results in the loss of presence and how conversely focused attention opens the door to safe, intimate relationships. This class is the first step on the path to presence and ultimately getting what you want out of your life.

Class Two (One Day)
The Search for Fulfillment: Creating Inner Trust

Attending to self-sabotage is the next step on the Traveler’s Path to Personal Presence. Sabotage has its highest potential of occurring when we commit to change. Too often we give into moments of sabotage. Yet, when sabotage is re-framed, it becomes a reliable informant: telling us when parts of our system feel threatened or wary about our movement towards change. This allows us to directly attend to the needs of those parts of ourselves and create inner trust.

This class teaches how to install inner boundaries for the parts of ourselves that may create resistance on our path to personal growth. Learn how to bring these sabotaging or resistant parts of ourselves on board to create an environment of support, trust and enthusiasm for the personal journey you travel on.

Class Three (Two Day)
The Secret to Abundance: Stepping Beyond your Limitations

Feeling abundant inside creates abundance outside of us. We create our own limitations to our abundance – and most of them are unconscious. This class studies the art and science of self-limitation. Moreover, how limitation sneaks beneath the radar of our consciousness and makes inappropriate and self-fulfilling choices for us. This class introduces a new form of writing process work making it possible to explore, assess and challenge the limitations that hold us back from our rightful abundance. Discover how to gently turn our limitations from working against us to supporting and attaining our life’s goals. Join us on the next step on the Traveler’s path: the road of fulfillment and abundance.

  • Mapping our defense systems and coping strategies to develop greater conscious awareness

Class Four (Two Days)
Walking Your Talk: How to Say What You Mean and Mean What You Say

Do you believe there is a connection between stress and illness? Does the healthy expression of your feelings prevent disease? These are some of the topics we explore in this class. In this stage of the journey we ask the traveler to look at what holds him/her back from healthy self-expression. Learn gentle yet effective tools to express emotions and clearly speak your needs. Know how to fully represent yourself. Join us in discovering how healthy emotional expression is foundational to achieving and sustaining physical health and endurance as well as being essential for creating fulfilling lifestyles.

Class Five (Two days)
The Art of Self-Containment: Being Fully Present in all Relationships

The Traveler at this point in the journey will have a clear understanding of her/his emotional make-up. He/she is now ready to step onto the path of integration. This entails identifying emotional separation within, then supporting integration. Learn a powerful self-mediation tool called Parts-Dialogue: the means to resolve inner conflict, indecisiveness and create inner co-operation so our goals and intentions are realized. Integration is the doorway to experiencing the grace of self-forgiveness: the forgiveness of ourselves and others ultimately means a deeper and sustainable level of Presence. The deeper the level of Presence, the more we are empowered in our lives, the greater the peace we feel within.
