Leadership Training
This certification program is open to ARC Graduates and Certified ARC Practitioners, where trainees learn how to hold Presence in position of authority.
The Program is divided into three parts: initially trainees learn to develop their listening and observational skills to the point where they are able to read, assess and interpret students’ presented unconscious language. This level of observation sets the stage to learn ARC’s unique approach to group and individual communication. The form of communication used is influenced by presented body language. Therefore the trainee learns to address the conscious issues, but also the unconscious themes beneath the issue. Trainees are instructed in group speaking skills, such as how to provide interest through creating variation in speaking, when to provide challenge for the audience versus validation and addressing emotional and transference issues in a group setting.
Towards the completion of the program, trainees are given instruction and support in creating a two hour presentation, with extensive guidance and instruction. Trainees are encouraged to give their presentation in a public venue.
This program runs in conjunction with The Journey to Consciousness and The Healing Presence Program. Leadership students are placed in the role of class assistants, while under the supervision of the program instructors.
