Based upon instructor’s Pietro Abela forthcoming book, A Return to Consciousness, this dynamic weekend course creates the foundation for A personal path to Authenticity. Join us to learn how presence gives you the power to withstand stress, feel safe inside and ultimately become comfortable living in your own skin. Create a map of the coping mechanisms you rely on and learn the secret to inner boundaries. Inner Boundaries are essential to taking charge of your temptations, unhealthy urges, addictions and limitations that only serve to hold us back from being powerful and abundant

A Path to Authenticity is the ARC Program that exclusively focuses on the exploration of personal change and self-discovery. It takes place in either a period of five weekend sessions spread over one year, or in a 10-day intensive retreat setting.  more >
