The ARC Institute

A Return to Consciousness

ARC TRAINING OVERVIEW
Practitioner Professional Support Services

Post-graduate support is provided for those who attain certification, becoming Certified ARC Health Practitioners.

ARC Master Class

The ARC Institute holds classes, workshops and private sessions for the ongoing professional and non-professional development of Certified ARC Practitioners and ARC Graduates.

Since the success of the Master Summer class in July 2007, the Master Classes have a brand new format.

Four clients will be invited to the Master Class. Pietro will give demonstration sessions on two of the clients. This is an opportunity to see BodySpeak™ in action and to witness the founder of ARC Bodywork giving professional sessions. ARC students will be invited to spend a few minutes each working with the remaining two clients under Pietro’s personal supervision.

Following each session students will experience an in-depth approach to understanding the various approaches both Pietro and the participating practitioners utilize. Video taping of the sessions is used to study, discuss and learn from each of the sessions.

Anyone who has taken any ARC class is eligible to attend the Master Class. Any student who has taken at least one Journey to Consciousness class may actively participate in the client session. Students of an Introductory class or the Healing Presence program are asked to primarily observe the session.

Many participants have described the Master Classes as a huge learning opportunity. Join us for a healthy saturation in good humour, fine company and rich study.

Continued Education Opportunities Include:

  • Advanced Master Weekend Class: An annual summer workshop designed to introduce the student to the latest in advanced dialogue and energetic techniques, current research and health-care models.

  • Supervised Sessions: Practitioners complete a session with either a client of their choice or a client chosen for them under the supervision of Pietro Abela. At the session’s end the practitioner receives verbal and written feedback with recommendations and support in their next step in personal and professional development
  • Master Class: ARC students receive support in their development and approach to body-based dialogue. Participants have the opportunity to work on selected clients for a few minutes each under Pietro’s supervision. Using the formats of discussion, demonstration and instruction, Pietro demonstrates various options and approaches to the session, giving guidance on the development of personal timing and the use of dialogue techniques to enhance client process.
