This class introduces the ARC concept that disease and discomfort can be influenced by our emotional past and the current stresses we hold onto. Applying the mindfulness methods taught in The Essence of ARC class, students learn how the unconscious signals and language the client provides leads the listener to the physical and energetic locations of the presented issues. Students are taught how to set aside their own agendas in favour of following the client’s process. Frequencies and Modeling, two important energetic techniques, draw on the practitioner’s life experiences to provide pinpointed treatment of both physical and emotional issues, and to supporting the movement towards the fulfillment of our health goals.
This class explores a wide range of spiritual healing concepts that underpin the use of the Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine) energies as healing sources. There is supervised focus on the use of these sources in the healing process. Other topics include the impact our emotional make-up has on the physical and energetic system and techniques to address these issues. We also learn the science behind effective long distance healing.
This class focuses on preventative healing and the processes disease and discomfort moves through prior to becoming physical. Participants learn how to attend to these conditions before they manifest physically. Students are also taught to identify when a condition is ready to be released and how to physically and energetically release physical and energetic blockage within themselves and clients.
In both part one and two of this class each physiological area of the body is explored through lecture and discussion. Students expand their assessment skills to include organ and gland function as it presents itself in discomfort and disease. Methods of treatment are demonstrated and students engage in supervised practice of treatment techniques. The materials presented in The Physical Response to Inner Change Parts One and Two complements the skills taught in previous classes by providing a toolkit for the hands-on treatment of specific physical health issues.
ARC Bodywork Therapy (or ARC-work) can address issues and conditions using emotional therapeutic techniques and approaches. This class looks at the indicators that help to decide whether the issue or conditions would benefit most from an emotional perspective versus an energetic or physical one. There will be review of all topics and techniques taught in The Healing Presence Program . During the review, participants will be shown the techniques that will best support and compliment an emotional-based approach. This class also focuses on how to set up and run a private practice. Discussions are held on topics such as documenting and filing a session, initiating a cancellation policy, as well as marketing and promotion suggestions and career opportunities. In a supervised setting, students give ARC therapy sessions to members of the community who have been chosen by faculty members. There is a ceremony on the final day to celebrate the completion of the program.
